BCN3D+ 1.75mm mod

With this mod you will be able to use any J-Head extruder with your [BCN3D+](http://www.bcn3dtechnologies.com/) by BCN3D Technologies.

- my hotend is 5mm longer (compared to the original BCNozzle) so the layer fan got too high. I lowered it by increasing the height of the layer fan holder: here you find the original one in case you have a different height.
- some M3x10 screws
- some M3 nuts
