BCN3D Sigma Cloth Support

A simple printed part that improves the purge performance as it makes the silicone cloth stiffer.

BCN3D Sigma and its unique IDEX (independent Dual Extruder) enchances the possibilities of 3D printing. However, depending on the material used, the idle extruder may ooze. Despite the silicone cloth that cleans the nozzle as the extruder is active again, sometimes some plastic string can mess the print.

To reduce this issue, the last batch of BCN3D Sigma incorporates a simple printed part that holds the silicone support and makes it stiffer, so the cleaning process is more effective and the parts are printed cleaner.
