When I make models like these, I personally find the fully 3D-printed visual style to be better and more satisfying than painting the parts. I really wanted to make this model but didn't want to paint it, so I made the decision to learn how to use Blender specifically so I could divide this model up into the colored sections as seen in the original model photos along with other BD-1 models online for parts that aren't visible. I think it turned out really well and wanted to share this with others looking to make this model using only 3D printed parts (besides the leg wires). This took a lot of time and work so I hope it can be appreciated by the community.
**NOTE: The original model still needs to be downloaded for this remix. The files here only contain the parts I modified so things like the feet, eyeball, light plate, etc need to be sourced from the main file since they're only 1 color to begin with.
