The machine consists of a base that acts as a rail and a carriage that slides above it. A jig is attached underneath the carriage, which slides along the part inserted into the base.
You can fix the base to a wooden board for greater stability, so you can also use one hand only.
The advantage of the machine is that it is NOISELESS compared to traditional rollers.
For now, the kit includes three jigs for spherical and oval beads. 5-6-7-8 9-10-12 4x8-5x10-6x12.
The carriage holes need to be tapped.
I also added a shorter base (150 mm) for those who want to take up less space: in this case 6 wheels are essential if you use the carriage.
The recesses on the side measure the volume of polymer clay needed for each bead.
Parts list:
5 M4 x 12mm bolts
1 M4 x 30mm bolt
6 V-Groove Bearings (4mm ID x 13mm OD, 6mm Thickness)
If you don't want to use bearings you can replace them with wheels of the same size, like the attached STL model.
Alternatively, if you don't want to use the bolts, print t
