Bead Sorter modified to skip aligner phase

Parts modified during building and testing to help skip the aligner phase of LinusB project. When I finish the arduino coding and it's up and running I will update this remix.
The Hopper was enlarged to hold more beads, but I decided not to put in the slicing in openscad so it has more material than original. I adjusted the hole so that it matches the modified sequentializer plate.
The sequentializer tube I added material to install 2mm led and 2mm photo transistor to detect presence of a bead filling up the tube to turn off hopper motor.
The stopper has a lot of material but I ended up sanding it to a sharper angle to help carve away beads in the hopper as the plate turns to limit any jams. Print this with high infill. The motor will reverse if any stall current is detected and it can go in both directions to work.
