I wanted to learn a little more about bearings and tolerances, so I decided to model this little cube. It is designed to be used with Spitfire Cheapshots skateboard bearings, so I'm sure that other bearings should fit okay. The fit of the bearings in the cube is sometimes loose, so you can just shim the bearing into the cube with a piece of support material and it fits tightly with no worry of bearings flying out when spun fast. The center caps tend to fit well, although you can shim them as well to get a tighter fit. It is pleasantly weighted and spins smoothly.
I printed it on my Monoprice maker select v2 with the settings below and it turned out well with minimal sanding.
This is my first project in FreeCAD and the first thing I've uploaded, so let me know what should be fixed and I'll release a second version. I added the .fcstd file and it would be great if someone who knows FreeCAD better than I do could tell me if there are better standards I could be using.
