Spooky sythe skeletons, complete with goat legs, goat horns, and brass instruments!
For my beastman demon army - you may note the khornate-industrial bases.

Some have larger crests, perhaps you use those as the squad-leaders.
Others have marimbas, sousaphones, or bugles - perhaps you use those as sigil-bearers.
I personally use them for grimdark future, as 'Blood Warriors' or 'War Mutated Brothers' with melee.
Could also proxy them as 'Bloodletters' / 'Blood Reapers' for 40k, as 'Bone Devils' in dnd, or demons of any kind for any game.
They are near the 28mm-ish scale, on 25mm bases.
Also, ignore my poor painting skills. That's the look if you have little talent and Walmart acrylics - I'm sure many folks could do better.
