This is a simple knob for the build plate leveling screws. I've uploaded three versions, hopefully accommodating various build plate hardware:

One M4 nut with an M7 wrench size
One M4 with an M8 wrench size and
One M5 with a 10mm wrench size

Files are named appropriately. Use if needed.
