Bed Leveling Grid v2

Modified bed leveling grid that can test corner to corner as well as the main print area. As lines are printing you can adjust the bed levels and see the results immediately when the next line prints.

Steps to level:
1. Perform a paper leveling. Slide a piece of paper between the nozzle and bed in one corner. Adjust the wheel until you feel resistance as you slide the paper around. Repeat for all 4 corners. Perform the paper leveling again, as you adjusted the other wheels your first adjustments may now be unleveled.
2. Slice the STL in .12mm or .2mm layer height, no raft or any other support settings.
3. Begin print.
4. After the purge line prints it will begin to print at one corner. If the filament is not sticking, raise the corner up until it sticks. As it prints slowly adjust the bed back down until you get a good consistent line. It should have a small amount of squish. If the nozzle looks like it's scraping or the filament looks transparent, move the bed down. If
