Bed strut clamp

I needed something to clamp around the struts in my bed so that my [remote control holder](https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07ZX46914/) would stay in place - I'd already tried adding ribbons to it to tie it onto the bed struts.

This is my first F360 design, its pretty basic but worked first time - I scaled the print to 99% to make it a bit tighter and also scaled the height to 75% to save filament.
