Bedjet Flat Hose Clamp

This is a rebuild of the Bedjet Flat Hose Clamp that broke on me from a couple years of use. I like this version better as it's more secure (you kind of have to fight to get it in there) and there's an included locking cap that slides on the front. The original mount had two sheet holder clamps that slide off and I reused them on this one. Everything slides on and clicks into place with no issues. I added several threaded M5x0.8 70mm deep holes along the post axis just in case there is a need to add strength down the road. I figure just having the additional walls in there helps a little, but a couple bolts would go a long way. 5 was probably overkill, but there you have it. Just make sure you get about 5 sections of hose past the clamp for the blower attachment and then you can lock it down and reassemble everything.
