This frame holder helps to hold frames during inspection. It is intended to be screwed to side of Langstroth hive directly or anything nearby. It is a two piece design that slides together to form a study fit. One piece is the plate intended to permanently fit to a mounting surface (frame box). Second piece is the frame holder bracket - this is the part that sticks out. The two piece design reduces overhangs and need for filler material during printing. It also allows for removal of the bracket when moving box, storing box, winter wrapping, etc..

To mount the plate to a surface, six McMaster-Carr [90294A108](https://www.mcmaster.com/90294A108) screws are used. These are 18-8 Stainless Steel, Number 4 Size, 3/8" Long. Longer screw may be desired for extra strength when working with particle board, etc.. With typical store bought soft wood box and all six screws installed the 3/8" length has been sufficient to meet my needs.
