Beefier Cable Chain

Johnniewhiskey's design came apart a little too easily when printing with a 0.8mm nozzle and didn't have a straight attachment to a custom plate I was using, so I made the following changes:
1) I made the clipping mechanism for the link cover more robust
2) I modified the link cover to make removal easier
3) I lengthened the link slightly (4mm) to accommodate the above changes
4) I made the pivot hole between links more robust (increased hole diameter from 3.5mm to 4mm). They still work with the original design.
4) I designed a plate attachment that would fit my jerry-rigged direct drive extruder.
