Beefy Nalgene Lid Replacement

I can&#39;t be the only person to have dropped a Nalgene bottle and broken the lid. Although replacement lids can be purchased online, I thought I&#39;d have a go at 3D printing one with a more interesting shape. The interior of the cap is a close replication of the original Nalgene cap, while the exterior features a ridged design that makes it easy to twist off and adds a custom vibe. The cap makes a great seal onto the bottle! I&#39;d suggest PETG as the most appropriate material but I printed prototypes in PLA that seemed to work great too.
