Beekeeping - Flow Hive - Mouse Guard - Reducer*

*NOTE: This is one of 5 entrance reducers that are designed to be used on a Flow Hive ONLY. They work along with my 3/8" entrance shim kit file. There are some who use the Flow Hive as it is designed but there are others who believe the entrance should be taller, especially if you live in a warmer climate. To achieve this, you can add wood, or look for my Flow Hive Base Shim Kit file and print the parts. They simply fit over the base with no fasteners or glue required. This (5) 3/8" hole, combination mouse guard/reducer is intended for times where robber bees may be threatening the hive. Be sure to print all 5 of my entrances. In addition, I have a ¾", 1-3/8", 3-3/8" with ventilation holes, a 5 hole mouse guard design, a 3 hole winter entrance that doubles as a mouse guard and one that is sized to be the same as the Flow Hive entrance before you shimmed it, so no harm done.
