Beer Bottle Capper

This is a beer bottle capper for standard (US) beer bottle caps. It should work on any non twist-off beer bottle. It was inspired by the capper described in this article, http://makezine.com/2011/09/13/tool-review-drill-press-bottle-capper/ .

To use sit your bottle under the drill press with a cap on it. Sit the capper on top of the cap and press down with the drill press. You are basically just using the drill press as an arbor press. If it is the right size you will feel a reassuring pop and the cap will bottom out with the rim of the cap barely below the lip of the cup. It really doesn't take that much force. If you are worried that you might break the beer bottle, the capper is probably too small.

There are two files.
BeerCapper_Final is the capper at the dimensions that I think it needs to be at. ID at base of the cup is 28mm. At the rim of the cup it is 29mm.
BeerCapper_Final_oversized is the capper with the IDs increased 1mm. This is what I actually used and tested. My
