BeerMKR Grey Valve Slide

This is a two piece replacement for the black slider that breaks regularly in the grey valves of the BeerMKR machine.

The choice of resin for this is ASA for two reasons. First of all, the design is to be glued and ASA or ABS can be solvent welded. The other reason is that since it is a higher temperature plastic it does much better when put through the dishwasher.

The slide does not contact the beer at any time so food safety requirements are not in play.
