Belegarth Weapon Check Template

Created for Belegarth, but will have some overlap with games like Dagorhir, Darkon, etc. Section numbers from the [Belegarth rules](https://www.belegarth.com/rules) are listed below for each dimension in order to double check accuracy in case the dimensions change over time.

Weapon check template includes the following dimensions:
- 2 1/2" diameter circle for weapon striking surfaces (4.5.1, 4.9.8.7)
- 1 1/2" radius corner for weapons with semi-circular tips (4.5.1.1)
- 2" diameter circle for weapon pommels (4.5.2)
- 6" overall length for flail chain length (4.9.5.3) and incidental padding (4.2.4.1, 4.9.5.7)
- 1 1/2" edge for exposed flail chain (4.9.5.5)
- alignment notch for checking 1/4" protrusion of arrow draw stop from arrow shaft (4.9.8.6)
- 4" overall width for rock diameter (4.9.9)
- 1/2" overall thickness for protrusion through template (4.5.1, 4.5.2, 4.9.8.7), armor protrusions (4.12.7.2), and composite armor feature spacing (4.12.4)
- 0.0359" notch for 20 gauge rigid metal
