Playing around with various AI “generation from image” programs, out of curiosity I uploaded a picture of an original large pencil sketch I had done 43 years ago to see how it would be handled. First a bit of history; Back then I was enrolled in a commercial arts program ( graphics arts now I guess ). This particular project was about capturing in the medium of your choice the detail, form and flow of things like fabric, waves, leaves etc. I found an image (long gone) that really appealed to me for this project and decided to make a graphite pencil drawing, proved to be way beyond and different from other project submissions. This particular drawing to my surprise was chosen to be put on display for a semester at a local gallery where it was critiqued by world recognized artists and I was acknowledged in written form about my use of fine pencil work.
