Here are some belt end clips that we made to use at work, they work really well and last a very long time, we have been using them on a few printers for over a year now and haven't had any fail.
I wanted to make these, as I have seen similar ideas on thingiverse previously, but all the others I had found didn't have the cap and ended up gaping over time or under tension. The cap that goes over the top prevents this very well.
They should fit any standard 6mm Belt.
If people want a larger version I can make a 10mm version.
