Fork ends to go along with my Berg Biky Small Wheels. Requires two m6 heat set inserts and two m6x25mm pan head bolts. Install the heat set inserts into the inner pieces first (insert from the rounded side) Check the fit of the inner into the lower outer piece then glue them together. Make sure the bolt holes and the flip chip slots are aligned. Glue the skinny alignment piece into the upper first, then glue the upper to the lower assembly. The flip chip has different axle offsets to experiment with stability. The middle hole oriented so it's closest to the fork tubes is roughly the same as the original geometry. You can add more or less trail with the other holes to change steering feel. The axle gets trapped inside the fork ends when fully assembled. Slide on the fork ends angled apart, install the axle/wheel/spacers, then line up the fork ends and install the m6 retaining bolt (the hex tool has to go through the wheel spokes).
