Hi,
I have new model to share with you. It is new box for Berner Pocket Flooder 10W flashlight (art no. 341709)
My friend automechanic came to me and told me that he found this flashlight on the road. But it was not lighting. So he asked me to repair it. So I took it apart and realized that could be repaired - all parts were in good conditions except cables (torn) and plastic case (few cars ride over it, so plastic case was completely broken). So I decided to make a new flashlight case using old electronic parts. So it took me almost 2 weeks to completely measure, model and print complete new case for it. Rear holes for checking battery charged need to be filled with silicon or something like it.
Printing bottom part took almost 12 hours, the optic part i think maybe 8 hours. 4 little parts needed for fixing magnetic handle took 31 minutes. After printing big parts you have to measure where do you want to fix handle and drill it yourself - hole 2mm is used everywhere on this mode
