Best Oculus Quest Hand Strap

When testing the various Oculus Quest hand straps, I found that [this](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3663463) design was the best, but I found that the clip at the bottom would break easily, and may not even be necessary.

So I came up with this design, which uses a modified version of the above, but is also quite unique compared to any other design.
