This is a frame for the BetaFPV Meteor85 drone. Its construction is similar to the original one, but it weighs a total of 25g compared to the original frame's 13g. The frame shown in the images was printed using SUNLU PLA+ on a Creality K1C, with mostly stock settings and a layer height of 0.08mm. I achieved very good results.
For assembly, the motor mounts are inserted into the main frame. Each mount has a line indicating the correct direction for insertion, as shown in one of the pictures. It is very important to follow this direction to ensure that the motor cables can reach the AIO. Additionally, each motor mount has a small hole (indent) for numbering, so they can be installed according to the motor numbering in Betaflight.
Besides the main frame and the four motor mounts, there are also three additional parts that make up the battery mounting assembly. This consists of a central piece and two side pieces that hold the battery. These must be mounted as shown in the pictures to a
