Better fitting Basic Spool Holder (left-hand thread)

I changed two little things:1. The diameter of the screw was decresed by about 0.5 mm, to make it easier to screw it into the hole.2. One of the two screw holes for the original holder had a model error (it was closed). I fixed this.
