BevelBox Deluxe

An upgraded version of BevelBox by @erik_wrenholt with added bells and whistles, including:
- Snap detents
- Thumb Ridges &/or Cutouts (w/ internal reinforcement walls)
- Section views for visualizing your settings
- Variable extrusion width
- An option to show the lid installed in the track
- Lots of helpful input parameters , neatly organized in Customizer Tabs

This also wouldn't have been possible without the remix by @madgoat which acted as a starting point so thank you!
