This is a pulley that I made for Cal Poly Pomona's Human Powered Vehicle. It may be of no use to you since it is a very niche item, but I thought it would be cool to let people print it out and play with it. Think of it as a fidget toy, as it does use the same sized skateboard bearings. You may want to glue the two halves of the pulley together so that the parts don't come apart, but if it is not under load you can leave them as is.
Note: In Cura 2.x.x, I have not figured out how to split items yet, so I printed the pulley assembly in Cura 15.x.x
Required items:
Skateboard bearings-608zz (I used ABEC 5's, but it's toleranced to fit all ABEC levels)
1- 8mm bolt and nut (Can use some sort of 8mm dowel or 3D printed rod if you choose)
Overall, this was a fun project to work on as I got to use dovetails and other design features that I never really used before. I also really enjoyed seeing the actual part on the Human Powered Vehicle work and fail and be replaced in a timely ma
