Bicycle handlebar collar for speedometer

I used this because I wended my 5$ wireless bicycle speedometer to have a nice long arm to sit on. use this with any type of speedometer or other accessories.
I use M5 Allen screw and bolt for the lock. The hinge is made of 1.5mm metal wire (I used a piece of paper clip)
