Bicycle handlebar end cap plug

This is a handlebar end cap for aluminum mountain bike handlebars.
(For carbon fibre handlebars, you'd need to modify it for the smaller inner diameter of the bar. For road bars, you'd need to increase the size for the larger inner diameter of the bars).

It's designed for 3D printing in a rigid filament like PLA, ABS, PC, PET, etc with 100% infill and does not need support structures. Put the large flat surface downward on the build plate. If resin printing, use Siraya tech or something tough.

The holes allow the slighly curved ribs to flex to accomodate different handlebar wall thicknesses.
