Bicycle Handlebar Plug Remix

Update: now printed in a flexible PLA (new first pic) and, while there are some experiments to be done with the settings, you could literally print a pair of shoes with this stuff... if you had a big enough print bed :D

I've added a conical locking plug, driven by an M3x25 screw and nut. Because I run dropbars, I find passive plugs fall out at the slightest bump. I'd recommend a flexi PLA, ABS or nylon for this. My filament source stocks a flexible PLA, 3DFillies PLAflex, so I'll be testing my first roll of it on these and a few other bike parts.

The SCAD file is fully parametric, although I plan to add a parameter for the screw, and improve the hexagon for the nut seat in the back of the locking plug.
