This is a housing for a toggle switch that can be zip-tied to a 1 inch (25.4mm) bike handlebar.
My switch is a replacement for RC transmitter switch, hooked up to a speed limit on my ebike.
The file enclosed the inside to make it much easier to print flat with no support (uses bridging), just cut out the thin inside curved wall with a knife after its done to fit the switch.
