Optimized for my Zefal bottle-holder, but should work with most others as well.
IMPORTANT!: you have to scale the cover in X and Y direction from 74,7 to 74mm in the slicer. Do not change the Z-direction. See screenshot. Only this way the thread will have enough play to work nicely.
I recommend to print the cover in TPU for water-resistance.
