I do not know the race of the young man but you can adjust the points of color changes and layer levels, to accommodate the style you want. If you have HueForge, I include the hfp project file in the zip of all file, so you can adjust to the colors and filament of your liking. No HueForge? You will have to set layer pauses described below, and change filament at those pauses. I am sure it will print with a .4mm nozzle, but this is set for .2mm nozzle. Adjust as needed.
