FULL DISCLOSURE: I have not test printed this file yet. When I do, I'll update as necessary. I'm positive it will require supports for the upper two balls and since the touch points for the print plate are so small it may require a raft for stability until the pieces connect later in the print.
UPDATE 4/14/2020: I added a file of just one half of it that would be easier to print. Print it twice and glue together.
