While I was designing parts for another project, I needed to place a main switch. And having nostalgia of good old IBM big red switches I created my own version.
Since many people were interested, I published this as a separate thing.
Lit lever is not so IBM-ish but nice nonetheless, and the lovely "CLACK" is really satisfying :)

Non-printed parts:
2x M3 screw + 2x M3 nut for microswitches
1x M4 screw + 2x M4 nuts (or 1x M4 Nyloc nut) for lever (must not be tightened to case)
3x cylindric rare earth magnets 8mm diameter 3mm height
1x or 2x standard microswitches (crouzet F83161.3 or similar)
1x 5mm red LED for lighting
For assembly, place two magnets in the tho body holes with N side out, and the third magnet on the lever hole with S side out. It's a bit tricky to insert the lever into the body keeping magnets in place, but it can be done (use a little adhesive tape to provisionally keep magnets in place, if you need)
