Big robot cell

The CAD model represents a robotic cell designed to stack foam rolls either onto pallets or without, following a predefined recipe. At the core of the system is the largest robot I have ever installed, which was reportedly the biggest sold in Slovenia at the time. The robot operates on a robotic track, allowing for efficient movement and precise placement of the foam rolls. Due to the robot’s size and the complexity of the installation, modifications to the hall's roof structure were necessary to accommodate the setup. This project showcases advanced automation solutions for material handling.
