Big Wheel

This is a set of wheel, rim and tire for a gas tank cart for welder.The rim is 245mm in diameter, 80mm wide, the whole for the shaft is 22mm and 73mm long.The rim is printed out of PLA, ABS tends to warp and split in my case.The tire is 254 mm in diameter made of TPU with thick walls.The rim and the tire have complementary grooves to stay together once fitted.It is tough to fit the tire around the rim, I highly suggest to warm the tire using the filament drying functionality of the printer, it makes the process much easier.WORNING I CAN'T GUARANTEE THE SAFETY OF THIS DESIGN, IT IS STILL IN TESTING, USE WITH CAUTION.
