Big Yellow Push Block Clone

This is a clone of that popular Big Yellow Push block for table saws. It is designed to print with no supports. The STLs are already oriented in the direction that they can be printed.

It requires:

4 M6x30 bolts
4 M6 nuts
6 M5x20 screws
6 M5 nuts

The M5 screws are the kind with small rounded heads that require a hex key to tighten.

You will need some sort of rubber to attach to the bottom of each foot. I used tennis racket wrap attached with super glue as seen in the picture.

There is also an optional small catch piece that can be printed to be used if you want to hook the end of the wood. If you do print it you will need one more M6 bolt and nut.

Note that there is only one model for the hand tightening knobs. Don't forget to print 4 of them.
