Bike frame internal cable routing plug

Inspired by https://www.printables.com/model/453153-tpu-grommet-for-internal-cable-routing-on-cannonda, I have made it thinner an smaller so that one may not have to cut a bike frame as much. I take no responsibility for you modifying your bike frame. Also included is a template to get the right spacing for 2 holes in a bike frame. A 7mm drill bit may fit in the first hole holding a 2mm diameter nail in place to make a divot at the right spot for the second hole.
