Bike Pannier hook

Side hook to replade some flimsy velco straps which came with my pannier bags. Clamps the side wall with an internal backing plate.

2 layer walls should be suficcient for the print since have some internat geometry in the model so the slicer should add an internal "strap" to strengthen the hook.
I used ABS .04 nozzle, 0.2mm layer height , and came out way stronger than necessarry.

Marked hole pattern with a pen and melted holes in the bag sidewall with an awl (heated with a lighter).

Used M4 round head internal hex bolts, 12mm long was perfect for the bag thickness on mine so is flush with the internal backing plate hex nuts.
