Hi guys!
This was a project done in the pandemic time. I used the materials that I found in my garage.
To this project I used 90mm diametreer drainage pipe, 2 bearings per roller (6200-2RS), 10mm threaded rods (one per roller), nuts and washers, some wood boards and lots of ABS filament to the 3D printer.
I cutted 3 pieces of 50cm long from the drainage pipe, (please cut the length you want your roller to be). These 3 pieces are the rollers surfaces were your wheels will roll.
I used some, PVC 10bar water pipe for the inside reinforcement, despite is not really needed, (only if you are a heavy rider).
In the threaded rod you should define the inside bearing stoppers depending of the length of your rollers. Use two nuts per side and tight them one against each other. Use a washer in each side of the bearing, and then one more nut to lock the bearing in place from the outside.
For the Drive belt I used an original Tacx drive belt.
The laterals will depend of your bike
