This binary clock displays time using binary for hours and minutes. Hours are the top row and minutes are the bottom row. I use a 12 hr clock with 4 LEDs for hours. Space is available in face to accommodate and additional LED for a 24 hour clock.

Assembly:
LEDs are attached to two pieces of 40 x 60 perf board. I soldered the two pieces together along the 40 mm length.
LEDs are position to perf board to match openings in Face.
Clock is controlled by an Arduino UNO. Program is basically a counter. I use pins 8,9,10,11,12,13 for minutes and 14,15,16,17 - 18 is used for 24 hr clock.
Attach UNO to Unoboard with two screws.
LED perf board assembly is hot melt glued to Face
Face is attached to Unoboard.
Unoboard it attached to Housing using two screws in the empty holes
Faceframe snaps onto Housing.

Power is supplied by a 5V power supply.
