Biohazard ear saver

I took an ear saver from the NIH page and customized it by adding a cool biohazard symbol to it (thank you, Harryb1991). To keep it from sticking out too much on the back, I flattened the symbol somewhat in the single tab version. The thicker version has multiple tabs to hook your mask on to.
