Bionic Butterfly – ESP32 Controlled Kinetic Mechanism This project is a bio-inspired mechanical butterfly designed to replicate the wing motion of a real butterfly using a compact linkage mechanism. The system is controlled by an ESP32 microcontroller and actuated by two Feetech STS3032 smart servos, enabling synchronized and smooth wing movement. The wings are driven through a central linkage assembly, converting servo rotation into flapping motion. Approximate total assembly weight: 75 g Applications: Kinetic art installations Robotics and bio-inspired mechanisms Educational mechatronics projects Interactive display elements Features: Lightweight structure Compact mechanical layout Single-axis flapping motion Servo-driven linkage system Designed for fabrication and assembly Model created in SolidWorks.
