Bird Perch End

My bird regularly chews through its perches. I pick up 3/8" (10mm) dowels at the hardware store, cut them to size, and use these ends. They fit pretty tightly so if you are concerned about getting them on and off and slight deviations in our printer settings, you can increase the size by a few percent.

I tried other perch ends and found the wire spacing was too tight for my standard wire cage, so I made my own so it would fit.

You can print a gob of these without going through much filament. They use about half a gram each. I hope they work for you!
