BL-Touch Mount REMIX

This is a remix of a BL-Touch Mount by SStainBA
Remix was performed in Fusion 360.
Changes include:
- Wider nut holes so that the nuts drop in instead of being forced in.
- Widened the cable pass-through so that both ends of the cable can pass through it. (when I printed the original v4 version, the BL-Touch side of the cable could not fit through the hole)
- Raised the BL-Touch up by shortening the width of the peninsula.
- Original Z Offset was around -4.2, now it should be around -1.28mm for the v5 model.
- I have also included a model that should be around -2.2mm offset.
Measured the XY offsets using the sketch tool. Measurement taken from the center of the BL-Touch probe to the center of the stock Ender 3 nozzle location.
X -40.625
Y -7.32
