BL Touch Rear Mount

This mount is a combination of [universal bltouch mount for E3D v6](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1747443) and [ANET A8 | V2 Rear Bed Level Sensor Holder - Customizable](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2219963) to mount the BL Touch to the rear of the SCS8UU bearings on the Anet A8 meant for use with the [ANET A8 | Customizable E3D v6 Carriage / Bowden Mount](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2099577). As the height of the BL Touch is very important to maintain the prescribed 8.3mm above the nozzle height, I designed quite a few different height mounts.

The first one I designed 44.6mm was designed to be a perfect fit with the E3D v6 Carriage linked above. The "44.6mm" is the height of the very bottom of the bl touch mounting surface to the bed surface with the nozzle touching the bed. These dimensions were taken straight from the cad drawings of the AUTHENTIC E3D v6, adding all relevant dimensions and then positioning the Carriage in Tinkercad so that a cube of exactly tha
