BL Touch Z-offset Calibration

This is a simple corner to corner, 1 layer high print to help you adjust the Z-offset with your new BL touch. This can also be used without a BL Touch or ABL to real-time adjust the bed level and get a good squish.

It is mostly sized for a 220 x 220 bed, but you can scale it up or down in your slicer to fit what you need.
