Make on Elegoo Centauri Carbon

I used PETG.
Be sure to adjust the flow settings for best lettering results.
In my case, I needed to use the Elegoo PETG+ profile, with flow on the top surfaces set to 1.2, flow on the bottom surfaces set to 1.3, and PA disabled.
If you want to edit the model, use the DOGTAG.sldprt file. If you want to enter text in ORCA, use dogtagORCA.stl.
If necessary, you can edit files in Solidworks 2022 sp1 and later.
