BLACK WIDOW HEATED BED PROTECTOR

This was designed after a warning about a possible issue with heated beds after a recall from wanhoe. The edges of the tension springs that support the heated bed scratch into the heated bed coating from the underside causing an arc when the positive from the bed connects to the ground of the spring and the unit and has a high potential for fires. This spacer was designed for 2 purposes. Protect the bed from being damaged from the spring and align the spring for better tension and less bed shake when printing intricate parts. 4 of the spacers are required to be printed.

I created an HD version of the bed washer due to the fact that when printing PETG and ABS the washer would flex a bit as the originals i printed were printed in PLA. this would have been avoided if they were printed with abs. I still use a mix of the original and HD version. The HD bed washer has been optimized for use with .4 and .8mm nozzle.
